The capacity of the house is up to 10 adults and 6 - 7 children.

A refundable deposit of 500.00 BGN/255 € is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded to the client after the end of the rental period. In case of damage during the stay, the deposit is not refundable. Withholding the deposit does not cancel the owner's right to claim compensation from the client up to the full amount of the damage caused.

Prices are in BGN/EUR per night, with a minimum of 2 nights per weekend and include breakfast.

The price includes accommodation, parking, use of sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, seasonal outdoor pool and tourist tax.
