Accommodation

The capacity of the house is 10 adults and children up to 16 years old.

A refundable deposit of 500.00 BGN/255 € is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded to the client after the end of the rental period. In case of damage during the stay, the deposit is not refundable. The retention of the deposit does not cancel the owner's right to claim compensation from the client up to the full amount of the damage caused.

Prices are in leva/euro per night, with a minimum of 2 nights per weekend and include breakfast.

The price includes 9% VAT.

The price includes accommodation, parking, use of sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, seasonal outdoor pool and tourist tax.
