Rules of Use

of the Guest House "Villa del Sole"

Welcome to "Villa del Sole".

We would like to introduce you to the basic rules of this house. They are designed to ensure your comfort and safety.

The rules follow internationally established practices.

Please keep the house clean, as you would your own home.

During your stay, please protect the environment, be sensible with the use of water resources and electricity.

- Please do not take furniture out of the house.

Reservations, Payment and Cancellation

The minimum stay in the house is 2 nights.

Your reservation is guaranteed with a deposit equal to 20% of the total amount for your stay. The remaining 80% is paid upon creation.

If you cancel or reduce the number of nights up to 14 days before the date of registration, 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded.

If you cancel the nights up to 7 days before the creation date, the amount received as a deposit will not be refunded.

After making a reservation, the deposit is paid within 2 working days. In case of missing payment, the reservation will be canceled.

The price includes a tourist tax. Prices are in Bulgarian leva and euros

Check-in, Check-out

Check-in is after 14:00.

Check-out is until 13:00.

The house has three double rooms and two, with a maximum capacity of the house is 10 adults and children up to 16 years old.

Accuracy of your personal data

Following national law, as the owner we are obliged to collect your personal data upon creation.

All collected personal data are correct and under no circumstances will they be distributed and/or used by us and/or disclosed to third parties, except to the state and only if they have a legal basis for this.

The menu is selected in advance, at least 2 days before each group, as the products are purchased immediately before the start of the stay. This does not allow us to provide fresh products and high quality food.

In case visitors prefer to cook for themselves, we provide a fully equipped kitchen with everything they need. If you use the kitchen yourself, a fee of 200 BGN is charged for the entire stay.

Interior and damage deposit

Every corner in "Villa Del Sole" has been created with care and love to offer our guests homely comfort, stylish comfort and a sense of uniqueness. The interior is the result of an individual project inspired by the desire to create a place that embraces.

To ensure good treatment of the interior, furniture and equipment in this house, a deposit of 500 BGN is provided if available.

According to the current legislation and these Rules, the removal of all damage caused by the guests of the house is paid by them.

In case of major losses or damage during the rental period, the owner of the guest house "Villa Del Sole" may require the guests to vacate the property without the right to compensation or refund of the amount paid, as well as to be held financially responsible for the full amount of the damage.

In the absence of damage, the full amount of 500 BGN is refunded upon leaving the house.

Smoking

Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in the indoor areas of the house. We only make an exception for smokeless cigarettes.

In case of violation of this policy, an amount of 500 BGN will be deducted from your deposit for cleaning and odor removal.

Candles

Candles create romance and we understand it perfectly, but they are dangerous and can lead to fire and significant damage to the house. Candles are NOT ALLOWED in any of the rooms for creation.

Children

We love children - they bring joy and life! Young guests are always welcome at "Villa Del Sole", but it is important that they are under constant supervision by an adult throughout their stay.

The owner of the guest house "Villa Del Sole" is not responsible for any injuries that occur with children of guests within the tourist site, as well as outside it.

The care of children is the responsibility of their parents.

Towels and Bathrobes

During your stay, bathrobes and bath and spa towels are provided. You must leave them in the other room upon check-out. Any missing towels and bathrobes will be charged triple.

Sauna and Jacuzzi

To fully enjoy the spa experience, please follow a few simple rules:

Smoking in the jacuzzi and spa area is not allowed.

Bringing food into the spa area is not allowed.

Please use towels in the sauna and on the sun loungers.

Pets

We love animals, but we have guests with health problems such as allergies and others. Please be advised that pets are NOT ALLOWED.
